Product Return & Exchange:

BachcheCompany.com provides an option of returning any products purchased from our website within 5 Days of its delivery in the following conditions:

1. Used Product:

A product cannot be returned once it has been used, worn out or torn/damaged. Please ensure that the product is in original condition and unused. You need to return the product with all the price tags, original packing, labels and invoice.

2. Suspect Damage:

At times, the outer packaging may appear to be damaged, but the actual product is just fine in most of such cases. BachcheCompany.com doesn’t take any liability for the damage of packaging. Please send an email to support@bachchecompany.com (Monday to Saturday: 10 AM to 8 PM) within 2 Days of delivery of the product, in case the product arrives damaged.

We encourage our customers to take photos and record a video if possible of unboxing the product once the product is received. This can be used to validate the claims.

3. Defective Product:

In case, you get a defective or damaged product from our side, we will return or replace it.

For complaints on defective products, an email from the customer has to be sent with images and videos to validate the claim. This first email should be sent to support@bachchecompany.com. Without this step, a claim for a defective product will not be accepted by BachcheCompany.com.

4. Product Exchange:

In case of Product exchange, a product can be exchanged with similar product only and not with any other product.

5. Discounted Product:

If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

6. Incorrect Product:

While returning or exchanging the product, please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to the Courier Service Partner during product pickup process, BachcheCompany.com shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

 

How to initiate Return & Exchange?

Please pursue the following process for returning an product purchased from BachcheCompany.com.

  1. Log-in into your acount and check the 'Return and Exchange' section in your account. More detailed instructions are given in this section.
  2. Keep the Order ID of the product to be returned/exchanged handy.

We are working towards providing our customers more seamless experience with Product Return and Exchange.

 Refund:

1) Product exchange does not qualify for refund. Refund will be done only if product is returned adhering to our Return Policies mentioned in above sections.

2) Once return product reaches our center, we will initiate a refund.

3) Refund will be credited to your bank account which was used during product payment on this website. Time taken for credit depends upon the bank. Generally it takes around 2-3 days. If it is taking more time, then please connect with the bank.

4) Product offers/discounts/taxes/transaction charges will not qualify for refund.
